Supplements
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened or used supplement products are not eligible for return.
Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided that:

The product is in its original, unopened packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
Non-Supplement Products (Apparel, Accessories, Coffee, etc.)
Non-supplement products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
