Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we cannot, unfortunately offer you an exchange.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange
- Product is defective
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order of the proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs with regard to the items you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs. If we originally shipped an incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no charge with a pre-paid label to ship the incorrect product back to us.
You must take care to ensure that the products are properly packaged so they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be reported within 15 days from the original ship date. Virtrue will pay for the freight for the product to be returned from the consumer. The product can then be replaced or the customer issued an in store credit or refund. **The returned product must be inspected by our staff to determine/confirm the product was indeed, defective.**
Unhappy with the Product: If a customer is immediately unhappy with a product, it may be returned within 15 days from the original ship date. The product cannot be used, broken or devalued by the customer. The customer is also responsible for the freight to return product to Virtrue. The product will then be inspected and the customer notified of the return/product results. The original freight will not be refunded.
