FAQ's
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. The Virtrue Coffee Club has no cancel minimum. After your first order is placed, you may cancel your subscription.
Can I exclude certain coffees or flavors?
Absolutely. If there's a coffee, roast, or flavor you'd rather not receive, simply contact us after subscribing and we'll make a note on your account for future shipments.
Will I receive the same coffee more than once?
Our goal is to rotate your selections and give you variety based on your chosen coffee preference. With continued membership, coffees may eventually repeat as we work through the available collection. If you prefer to receive a coffee over and over, please go to that specific product page and order that product on subscription.
Where do you ship?
The Virtrue Coffee Club includes free shipping within the United States. Due to the cost of international shipping, Coffee Club subscriptions are currently available to U.S. customers only.
